Asian-inspired ice cream,
handcrafted with love
in Chicago

Matcha Strawberry

Each ice cream is handcrafted (by me, Lindsey)

We proudly make all of our ice cream in Chicago, using clean-label ingredients with as few ingredients as possible.

Ceremonial matcha is imported from Uji, Japan, and we make the strawberry jam from scratch with local strawberries. It’s my partner’s favorite dessert combo as a kid during his summers in Japan.

Hong Kong Milk Tea

Hong Kong Milk Tea, inspired by my mom who grew up in Hong Kong, uses real black tea leaves to slowly infuse the tea flavor into our ice cream, topped off with a touch of condensed milk.

“Not too sweet”

is what most people say and love about our ice cream, the highest compliment in Asian culture.

Peachy Lychee Sugar Cookie

I wanted to bring together one Asian and one American fruit to make it Asian American (like me): Peachy Lychee. After baking some fresh sugar cookies to crumble in, its final form emerged.

Why now?

Although Asians are the fastest growing ethnic group in the US, mainstream grocery store shelves still lack the kind of Asian representation I want to see. I want to change that.

Welcome!

I'm Lindsey, and I'm a proud Chicagoan passionate about bringing the vibrant flavors of my Asian American heritage to the world of ice cream.

I'm crafting unique and mouthwatering ice cream flavors inspired by Asian cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable packaging. Grab a spoon and join me on this journey!
