Asian-inspired ice cream,
handcrafted with love
in Chicago
Handcrafted (by me, Lindsey)
We proudly make all of our ice cream in Chicago.
Matcha Strawberry was my partner’s favorite dessert combo as a kid during his summers in Japan. Ceremonial matcha is imported from Uji, Japan, and we make strawberry jam from scratch with local strawberries.
Hong Kong Milk Tea, inspired by my mom who grew up in Hong Kong, uses real black tea leaves to slowly infuse the tea into our ice cream, topped off with a touch of condensed milk.
“Not too sweet”
is what people love about our ice cream, the highest compliment in Asian culture.
Peachy Lychee Sugar Cookie is a celebration of the Asian lychee + American peach to make this flavor Asian American. Fresh sugar cookie crumble tops off this refreshing flavor.
Why now?
Although Asians are the fastest growing ethnic group in the US, mainstream ice cream flavors still lack the kind of Asian representation I want to see. I want to change that.

“My favorite flavor from Lindsey’s Ice Cream is the Hong Kong Milk Tea flavor! Hong Kong milk tea is one of my favorite drinks, and one that I associate with childhood memories and family. The rich flavor of black tea is perfect in the creamy ice cream, making it a nostalgic treat!”

“Lindsey's Peachy Lychee Sugar Cookie is a unique flavor pairing that really shines with the added texture. I love picking out the flavors in each bite knowing the deliberate handmade technique behind the fruit - she's put in a lot of thought, and I think it comes through.”
